“Living in abundance — with nature”

Cumbrian Builders wanted to retain a sense of their UK roots in their first property development in Canada. The greens have good contrast, speak to green living, and are the colours of scenery found in both Cumbria and Langley. Gold was chosen for the colour of leaves turning on trees and in the hills of Cumbria, to add warmth and luxury to the brand.

Scandia & Bicyclette geometric sans serif contrast with the brand’s organic shape; paired with Quincy, a soft serif typeface keeping it luxurious, classic, yet welcoming.
